If a key is faulty, invalid or for the wrong region through no fault of your own, we will replace it free or refund you in full. Because keys are delivered instantly, the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the code is sent — see our Refund Policy for the full details.
Absolutely. Just forward the delivery email to the recipient, or share the code from My Account → Game Keys. They only need an account on the matching platform (Steam, PSN, Xbox, Nintendo) — not a StormWick account.
