Last updated: 27 June 2026 · Effective: 27 June 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for accessing and using the website stormwick.com together with any connected services (collectively, the “Service”), which is run by Doventis OÜ (“StormWick”, “we”, “us”, “our”). When you visit the site, sign up for an account, or submit an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Refund Policy. Should you disagree with any of them, please refrain from using the Service.

Doventis OÜ is a private limited company entered in the Estonian Business Register. StormWick is the trading name under which Doventis OÜ operates its digital store.
4. Eligibility and account
To make use of StormWick, you must be 16 years of age or older (or meet a higher age threshold where the law of your country of residence requires it), possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and not be prohibited from receiving services under the laws applicable to you.
Browsing the catalogue is possible as a guest, although certain features call for a free account. By registering an account, you undertake to:
- Supply information that is accurate, up to date, and complete.
- Keep your password private and select one that is unique and strong.
- Take responsibility for everything that happens under your account.
- Let us know without delay at privacy@stormwick.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Each person is permitted a single account only. We may decline to open, may suspend, or may close any account that breaches these Terms, including accounts linked to fraud or to conduct that contravenes applicable law.
5. Products and licences
5.1 What you actually buy
A purchase of a Digital Product on StormWick gives you the right to redeem a unique key or activation code on a third-party Platform. The actual software, game, or content itself is licensed to you by the applicable publisher or Platform under that party’s own conditions (for example, the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the PSN Terms of Service, or the Microsoft Services Agreement). The Platform may also apply further rules, age limits, and regional restrictions.
5.2 Information shown on product pages
Every product page sets out the Platform, the region where the key may be activated (where this is limited), the languages that are normally supported, and the product type (full game, DLC, gift card, and so on). You are responsible for reviewing these details before you buy and for confirming that the key corresponds to the country in which your Platform account is registered.
5.3 No physical goods
StormWick neither sells nor ships any physical goods. Every Digital Product is delivered electronically.
6. Pricing and taxes
Prices throughout StormWick are shown in euro (€) and, unless a product page states otherwise, are inclusive of any applicable VAT. The complete amount payable — covering all taxes and fees — is set out plainly on the checkout page before you confirm your Order.
We take reasonable steps to keep pricing correct. In the rare event of a manifest pricing error (for instance, a typo that prices a €40 game at €0.40), we may cancel the affected Order and refund whatever you have paid.
7. Orders and contract formation
When you click the final “Secure Checkout” button or its equivalent, you are making a binding offer to buy the chosen Digital Products at the stated price. We acknowledge that your Order has reached us by e-mail; this message confirms receipt only and does not in itself create a contract.
A binding sales contract between you and Doventis OÜ comes into existence at the point when we deliver the Digital Product to you by e-mail or place it in your account. We retain the right to decline or cancel any Order — for example, where we suspect fraud, where the delivery region is not supported, where there is a manifest pricing error, or where stock is unavailable — and to refund the sum you paid.
8. Payment
Payments are handled by certified third-party providers. At present we accept Visa and Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. The complete and current list of accepted payment methods appears at checkout.
Your card information is tokenised and managed directly by the payment provider. StormWick never views, retains, or processes your full card number, CVV, or PIN. We may receive non-sensitive details from the provider (such as the outcome of the transaction or a payment token) in order to complete your Order and guard against fraud.
9. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital Products are sent electronically to the e-mail address you entered at checkout and also appear within your account under My Account → Game Keys. The majority of orders arrive within thirty seconds of payment being approved.
Where a Platform, publisher, or payment provider calls for extra verification, delivery may take a few minutes, and in unusual cases it may take longer. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and your code is neither in your inbox nor visible in your account, please reach out to privacy@stormwick.com with your order number, and we will sort it out promptly.
10. Statutory right of withdrawal — important exception for digital content
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act), Consumers ordinarily enjoy a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. The law, however, sets out a clear exception for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium: once delivery has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you forfeit the withdrawal right, that right ceases to apply.
By submitting an Order, you expressly ask us to start supplying the Digital Product straight away, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost the moment the key or activation code is delivered to you. Up until the code is delivered, your right to withdraw remains intact.
This exception is mandated by law and applies to every digital storefront across the EU. Our voluntary Refund Policy and the StormWick Guarantee described in section 11 below provide you with protection over and above the strict legal minimum.
11. StormWick Guarantee
Alongside your legal rights, every Digital Product sold on StormWick carries the StormWick Guarantee:
- If a key is defective, has already been activated, or does not correspond to the region and platform shown on the product page, we will replace it at no cost or, where a replacement cannot be provided, grant a full refund.
- If your key remains unredeemed and you purchased the wrong product or the wrong platform, you may ask to cancel within 14 days and we will refund your card.
The Guarantee does not extend to problems caused by the Platform itself, by your device, by your internet connection, or by a breach of these Terms (such as trying to redeem a key in a region it is not meant for). The complete conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
12. Acceptable use
While using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful end or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Resell Digital Products bought on StormWick for commercial gain without obtaining our prior written permission.
- Deploy automated tools, scrapers, or bots, or otherwise disrupt the normal functioning of the site, including by sending an excessive number of requests.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any rate-limiting, anti-fraud, or security mechanism.
- Provide false, misleading, or stolen payment details, or charge back a genuine transaction.
- Set up multiple accounts in order to take unfair advantage of promotions, vouchers, or our Refund Policy.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code meant to harm or disrupt our systems or other users.
- Use the Service in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Harass, threaten, or otherwise cause harm to our staff, to other users, or to the operators of the Platforms.
Breaching this section may lead to the cancellation of pending Orders, the suspension or termination of your Account, and, where warranted, civil or criminal proceedings.
13. Intellectual property
All Content on StormWick — including the site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and software — belongs to Doventis OÜ or its licensors and is protected by Estonian, EU, and international intellectual property law. The “StormWick” name and logo are trademarks used by Doventis OÜ. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or produce derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission, except to the extent the law expressly allows.
All game titles, brand names, and platform logos displayed on the site are trademarks of their respective owners and appear solely to identify the products on offer.
14. Third-party platforms
After a Digital Product has been redeemed, the use of the underlying software or service is governed entirely by the terms of the relevant Platform and publisher. We have no influence over those terms, over whether the title is available in your region, over the languages it is offered in, or over any restrictions applied following activation. Any problems that occur within the Platform after a successful redemption should be taken up with that Platform’s own customer support.
15. Disclaimers
So far as applicable law permits, the Service is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Service will run without interruption, be free of errors, or be free of harmful elements, nor that any particular product will stay available, remain compatible with your hardware, or continue to be supported by the Platform.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under mandatory law, including the statutory rights afforded to Consumers.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total combined liability to you for any claim arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the Service is capped at the amount you actually paid to StormWick for the Digital Product that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months before the relevant event.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even where we were warned that such damages might occur. None of these limitations applies to liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doventis OÜ, together with its directors, employees, and contractors, against any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) that results from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or any third-party right.
18. Force majeure
We bear no liability for any failure or delay in carrying out our obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay stems from an event outside our reasonable control — including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disorder, government measures, major internet or Platform outages, cyber-attacks, or pandemics.
19. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service, or to your Account, at any time and with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, if the law obliges us to do so, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unlawful conduct. Where it is appropriate, we will give you reasonable advance notice along with a chance to put the matter right.
You may close your account whenever you wish by writing to privacy@stormwick.com. Any sections that by their nature ought to survive termination (including sections 13, 15, 16, 17, 22, and 23) will remain in effect.
20. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, with the “Last updated” date displayed at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, communicated by e-mail to registered users at least 14 days before they come into force. By continuing to use the Service once a change has taken effect, you accept the revised Terms.
22. Governing law
These Terms, along with any non-contractual obligations arising from or relating to them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, disregarding its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a Consumer who habitually resides in another EU/EEA Member State, this choice of law does not strip you of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
23. Disputes and online dispute resolution
We always aim to settle disputes informally to begin with. Please write to privacy@stormwick.com describing the problem, and we will do our utmost to reach a fair outcome within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Harju County, Estonia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that entitle you to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
As a Consumer residing in the EU, you may also refer your complaint to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, komisjon.ee). We are under no legal obligation to take part in alternative dispute resolution, but we will consider it in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
24. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, taken together with the documents they reference, make up the complete agreement between you and Doventis OÜ concerning the Service.
- Severability. Should any portion of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay fully in force and effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce any provision of these Terms, that does not amount to a waiver of the provision in question.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in the context of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices. Every notice addressed to us must be sent to privacy@stormwick.com. We will direct notices to you using the e-mail address associated with your account or, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the site.
- Language. The original language of these Terms is English. Any translations are offered for convenience only; in case of a conflict, the English text governs.
